We were relieved that some timely rainfall before the Show meant the ground was softened enough to allow our popular vintage ploughing match to take place.
There was stiff competition in most classes and awards were available for Straightest Furrow, Mounted Ploughing, Trailed Ploughing, Novice Ploughing and Best Restored Tractor.

August Bank Holiday Annual Country Show at Little Easton Dunmow Essex
The Countess of Warwick Show raises funds for The Five Parishes charity, which helps to cover the ever increasing costs of the upkeep of our local churches.
